1.准备好各种食材,棉花糖用的伊高,奶粉一直用安佳,草莓脆选择小颗一些的比较好整形。

2.咸蛋黄解冻喷少许酒放预热好的烤箱上下火80度烤10分钟,这个温度烤出的蛋黄不会烤出油。

8.放入奶粉快速拌匀后迅速关火。

9.放草莓脆,花生碎,葵花籽,南瓜籽,坚果根据自家喜好放,腰果,巴旦木,核桃都可以。

10.把所有食材混合均匀。

小窍门&温馨提示
做牛轧糖一定要用不粘锅,黄油多糖软,奶粉多糖硬,炒的久了糖也会硬,根据自己的喜欢选择软或者硬,坚果可以随意搭配。
